Well hello ![]()
I've decided to set up this blog so that I have somewhere to write. Somewhere to open up not only to everyone, but also to myself.
On the 1st of Jan 2007 I started a new lifestyle. I weighed in at 21.5stones and it was high time I did something about it. 3 months later I've managed to shed 2 stones. So I'm on my way.
Today is April 01 2007 and tomorrow monday the 2nd I start my next 3 months challenge. As before I'm taking things easy and not getting too stressed out. I have a goal initially of 12 stones and I gotta and want to take things easy. I want to be happy and well.
Over the next three months I'd like to shed 3 stones, but I won't know this wk in wk out as I will not be weighing myself. I only weigh myself at the beginning and the end. I have clothes that I'd like to get into and well the brink of summer will be here. Writing about this now I'm really actually excited and looking forward to starting tomorrow.
I am now down to 19.5 stones and so my aim would get me to 16.5 stones. I want to make it, I will make it, because every single day will seem hard but by the end of that day it will be another day closer to my plan. Yay!
So tomorrow AM i'll be working my upper body and in the evening I'll aim to do some cardio. Fingers crossed all goes well especially with tomorrow being the 1st day of my pe. We'll see amyway, no matter what by the end of the week I'll be feeling great because I will have done my 1st week.
Tonight I'll plan my food and exercise ready for thr next 3 days.
